Donaldson Company, Inc. (NYSE:DCI), a leading worldwide manufacturer of
filtration systems, announced today that Peggy A. Herrmann, Vice
President, Disk Drive and Microelectronics, will retire January 23, 2015.
Over the span of her 25-year career at Donaldson, Peggy has been a key
contributor to the growth of the Company. Peggy's roles included Manager
of Business Analysis; Manager of Engine Air Products; Market Development
Manager; General Manager of Engine Aftermarket; and Vice President, Disk
Drive and Microelectronics.

than $300 million. As a result of her leadership roles in both our
Engine Aftermarket and Disk Drive businesses, she was a key player in

also helped to globalize our Company with her strong focus on our
international opportunities. Our international sales now represent 58%
of our total sales, and Peggy contributed to this significant growth and
diversification. Peggy is a valuable member of my senior team as she is
renowned for her drive, relentless focus on the delivery of her
financial results, her strong commitment to people and their
development, and her passion for local community involvement. Peggy has
built a strong organization that is well positioned to continue to
execute our strategy and deliver our long-term sales growth and
financial objectives."
