Tod E. Carpenter, Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer

Tod Carpenter is Chairman, President and CEO of Donaldson Company. Since joining the company in 1996 as Director of Operations in the Gas Turbine Systems business, he has held several operations, sales and management positions in the United States and Europe, including the role of COO before being chosen President and CEO in 2015. He was appointed to the Donaldson Board of Directors in 2014 and was named Chairman of the Board three years later. Prior to Donaldson, Tod spent 13 years at Hughes Aircraft Company and was a consultant at York & Associates. He serves on the AMETEK Inc. Board of Directors, the Minnesota Business Partnership Board of Directors and the Board of Overseers of the Carlson School of Management at the University of Minnesota. He has a bachelor’s degree in manufacturing technology from Indiana State University and an MBA from Long Beach State University.

Keith Bechtum, Vice President, Mobile Solutions OEM Sales

Keith Bechtum is Vice President, Mobile Solutions OEM Sales and joined the company in 2001. During his tenure, he has held various positions of increasing responsibility across the company’s global organization, most recently Managing Director Southeast Asia. Keith holds a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from University of Minnesota and an MBA from St. Thomas.

Amy C. Becker, Chief Legal Officer and Corporate Secretary

Amy Becker is Chief Legal Officer and Corporate Secretary and joined the company in 1998. During her tenure, she has held positions of increasing responsibility, most recently Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary. Amy serves on the Board of Directors of Winmark Corporation. She holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration, as well as MBA and JD degrees from the University of South Dakota.

Guillermo Briseño is President, Industrial Solutions and joined the company in 2003. During his tenure, he has held positions of increasing responsibility across the organization, most recently Vice President, Latin America. He holds a bachelor’s degree in architecture and science from Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México and an MBA from Instituto Tecnológico de Estudios Superiores de Monterrey.

Andrew Dahlgren is President, Life Sciences and joined the company in 1994. During his tenure, he has held a variety of roles, most recently Vice President, Asia Pacific. He holds a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from the University of Minnesota Institute of Technology and an MBA from the University of Minnesota Carlson School of Management.

Bart Driesen is President, Mobile Solutions Aftermarket and joined the company in 1997. During his tenure, he has held positions of increasing responsibility, most recently Vice President, Global Engine Original Equipment Manufacturing Sales. Bart holds an undergraduate degree in business administration and marketing from the KdG Hogeschool of Antwerp, Belgium.

Mauricio Goes is Vice President, Industrial Solutions Aftermarket and Service and joined the company in 2006. During his tenure, he has held various positions of increasing responsibility, most recently General Manager, Industrial Service Solutions. Mauricio holds a bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Universidade Estadual Paulista and MBA from FGV & Univem, Sao Paulo, Brazil.  He is an alumnus of University of Minnesota, Carlson Business School, Global Leadership Development Program.

Tammylynne Jonas, Chief Information Officer

Tammylynne Jonas is Chief Information Officer and joined the company in 2021. Prior to joining Donaldson, she was Global CIO for Self Esteem Brands, the parent company for Anytime Fitness, and CIO for Holiday Companies. She has over 20 years of experience in digital and customer-facing technology. Tammylynne is Chair Emeritus for the Twin Cities CIO Leadership Association, and serves on the Board of Directors for: Better Business Bureau of Minnesota and North Dakota, Minnesota Technology Association, and Second Harvest Heartland. Tammylynne holds a bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, English and Spanish from Carthage College, and an Executive MBA in International Business from Marquette University.

Sheila G. Kramer, Chief Human Resources Officer

Sheila Kramer is Chief Human Resources Officer and joined the company in 2015. Prior to joining Donaldson, she was VP of Human Resources with Taylor Corporation and held a variety of HR roles during her 21-year career with Lifetouch Inc. (now Shutterfly Inc.), including HR Manager, HR Director-Sales, and HR Vice President. Sheila serves on the Board of Directors for Ducommun Incorporated. She holds a MAIR (Master of Industrial Relations) from the University of Minnesota Carlson School of Management.

Rich Lewis is President, Mobile Solutions and joined Donaldson in 2002. During his tenure, he has held several leadership positions, most recently Senior Vice President, Global Operations. Scott Robinson is Chief Financial Officer and joined the company in 2015. Prior to Donaldson, Scott spent 11 years with Imation Corp. where he last served as CFO. He served on the Gillette Children’s Specialty Healthcare board, serving as their Treasurer and on the Audit, Finance and Investment Committee from 2011 to 2023. Scott holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting from St. Cloud State University, and he is a graduate of the Harvard Business School Advanced Management Program.

Tom Scalf is President, Enterprise Operations and Supply Chain and joined the company in 1989. During his tenure, he has held various positions of increasing responsibility across the company’s global operations, most recently Senior Vice President, Engine Products. He holds a bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering from Iowa State University and an MBA from St. Ambrose College. Dave Wood is Vice President, Corporate Development and joined the company in 2020. He is responsible for Donaldson’s acquisitive growth initiatives into life sciences markets. Prior to joining Donaldson, Dave was Vice President, Corporate Development at T2 Biosystems, Inc. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Biology from Bowdoin College and a Ph.D. in Molecular Oncology and Immunology from the New York University School of Medicine.

Michael Wynblatt, Chief Technology Officer

Michael Wynblatt is Chief Technology Officer and joined the company in 2017. He has more than 25 years of experience in innovation and the commercialization of new technologies and ideas. Prior to joining Donaldson, Michael was VP of Innovation and Emerging Technology at Ingersoll Rand. He has a bachelor’s degree in computer engineering from the University of Michigan, as well as MS and PhD degrees in computer science from Stony Brook University.

Angela Zurick is Vice President, Mobile Solutions U.S. & Canada Aftermarket. Previously, she served as Director, Global Financial Planning and Analysis, a role she held since joining the company in 2013. Prior to Donaldson, Angela was Group Manager, Enterprise Business Intelligence at Target Corporation. Angela holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from American University and an MBA in Finance and Strategic Management from the Carlson School of Management, University of Minnesota.
