Tim Grafe is Donaldson Company’s Vice President, New Business Development. In this capacity, Tim is responsible for the company’s strategy for inorganic growth, including identification, cultivation, engagement and execution of mergers, acquisitions, partnerships, etc. He also ensures the development pipeline supports Donaldson’s overall strategic and business objectives.
With Donaldson Company since 1990, Tim has assumed numerous roles of increasing responsibility across the organization, including Engineer, Director of Financial Operations and Global Director of Business and Product Development, before his appointment to his current position in 2013. Tim received his bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from Valparaiso University and MBA from the University of Minnesota. He sits on the Board of Directors for Junior Achievement of the Upper Midwest.
