Rich Lewis is President and Chief Executive Officer of Donaldson Company. Rich joined the Board of Directors in 2026. Rich began his career at Donaldson in 2002 as Operations Manager at our Frankfort, Indiana, manufacturing facility. Rich has held several management positions, include Senior Vice President Global Operations; President, Mobile Solutions; President, Life Sciences; and most recently Chief Operating Officer. Rich holds a bachelor's degree in industrial engineering from the University of Louisville and an MBA from Indiana University.
