MINNEAPOLIS May 15, 2007 Donaldson Company, Inc. (NYSE: DCI), today announced it will host a live Webcast of its third quarter fiscal 2007 earnings conference call on Wednesday, May 30, 2007, at 10 a.m. CT (11:00 a.m. ET). The company will issue a post-market earnings announcement on May 29.
Bill Cook, Chairman of the Board, President and Chief Executive Officer, and Tom VerHage, Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, will recap the third quarter earnings and give a preview of the upcoming fourth quarter.
