MINNEAPOLIS, April 4, 2005--Donaldson Company, Inc. (NYSE: DCI), announced that it has acquired Le Bozec Filtration and Systems, headquartered in Paris, France. Financial details of the all-cash transaction were not announced.
Le Bozec designs, manufactures and sells filtration equipment for the management of air, fuel, hydraulic fluid and air pressure on aircraft and helicopters. Le Bozec has annual sales of approximately $9 million.
