DONALDSON COMPANY TO PRESENT AT TWO INVESTOR CONFERENCES IN NOVEMBER

MINNEAPOLIS, MN – Oct. 27, 2005 – Donaldson Company, Inc. (NYSE:DCI) announced today that Bill Cook, Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer will present at the Gabelli & Company 29th Annual Automotive Aftermarket Symposium and the Robert W. Baird 35th Annual Industrial Technology Conference, both in November.

The Gabelli & Company conference will take place in Las Vegas, NV, from October 31 through November 2. Cook will present at 1:00 p.m. ET, Tuesday, November 1.

The Robert W. Baird conference is scheduled to take place November 8-9 in Chicago, IL. Cook will present at 4:05 p.m. ET, Tuesday, November 8.
