MINNEAPOLIS - August 26, 2005 - Donaldson Company, Inc. (NYSE:DCI), today announced it will host a live Webcast of its fourth-quarter fiscal 2005 earnings conference call on Thursday, September 15, 2005 at 10:00 a.m. CT (11:00 a.m. ET). The company will issue a post-market earnings announcement on September 14.
Bill Cook, Chairman of the Board, President and Chief Executive Officer, Tom VerHage, Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, and the rest of the executive team will recap the fourth-quarter earnings and give a preview of the upcoming first quarter.
