Donaldson Company to Present at Merrill Lynch Industrial Technologies and Services Conference on Oct. 1; Live Webcast at 3:45 p.m. ET

(NYSE:DCI), a leading worldwide provider of filtration systems and replacement parts, will host a live Internet broadcast of its presentation at the Merrill Lynch Industrial Technologies and Services Conference on Tuesday, Oct. 1, 2002, at 3:45 p.m. ET (2:45 p.m. CT). Donaldson Company Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer Bill Van Dyke will discuss the company's business model and how it enabled Donaldson to achieve and sustain 13 consecutive years of double-digit earnings growth.
