Filter Visually Indicates Need for Replacement
MINNEAPOLIS, March 27 Donaldson Company, Inc. (NYSE: DCI), today announced agreements with Davco Technology, LLC, and Detroit Diesel Corporation to manufacture and distribute a new extended life filter element for use in the Davco 382 Fuel Processor. Using Davco's EleMax filter technology, Donaldson will manufacture the filter element and Detroit Diesel Corporation will handle initial marketing and distribution.
The advanced Davco EleMax filter, available in the second quarter of 2001, will provide an accurate, visual method of determining when the fuel filter needs to be replaced. Users will benefit from extended filter change intervals and reduced parts and labor costs.
