MINNEAPOLIS, MN March 2001 - Donaldson Company, Inc. (NYSE: DCI) has introduced the LITHOGUARD 300, the newest product in the series of chemical contamination filtration systems.
The LITHOGUARD 300 is designed for the next generation of Lithography tools. The new system includes high efficiency particulate filtration while using standard sized filters common to previous generations of LITHOGUARD systems. Donaldson has integrated particulate filtration enabling installation in a less than clean environment.
LITHOGUARD300 offers maximum protection for both process and tools with a footprint of less than one square meter. The LITHOGUARD 300 has an ergonomic design delivering easy accessibility to both chemical and particulate filters. Furthermore, an innovative approach to both filter installation and to the ductwork transition offers fast, simple installation and operation.
